Types of Sponsorships:
($5000 and above) - Our Official Event Producers.
- ($2501 to $3500)
- ($1501 to $2500)
- ($751 to $1500)
- ($200 to $750)
Sponsorships may include monetary contributions as well as in-kind services, materials or another gift of equivalent value.
AFF will accept any type of gift which directly benefits the Derby and its various charitable causes in exchange for sponsorship. Besides the gifting of money, here are examples of non-monetary donations, which include, but are not limited to:
- Donations of needed supplies and materials
- Donations of needed equipment and facilities
- Donations of raffle items
- Donations of in-kind services
- Discounted rates for any of the above items, sponsorship value will be based on the amount of discount only.
$5000 and above
- Our Official Event Producers.
Event Sponsors will be prominently displayed and regularly mentioned in banners, publications, brochures, honored at the event and receive many other benefits including discounts and special gifts.
Event Sponsors will be prominently displayed and regularly mentioned in each of the following:
- Entrance welcome banner with "Produced By..."
- Derby entrant T-Shirts showing name & logo.
- Special presentation to the Event Sponsor of a recognition plaque during the awards ceremony.
- All derby advertising and promo pieces as stated above “Produced by” (this includes flyers, AFF website under derby, newspaper editorials, radio spots, etc).
- Derby invitations; as stated above “Produced by.”
- Derby team discounts of 15% = $510.00 value per team (Discount limited to three teams)
- Derby team members representing Event Sponsor will receive four (4) complimentary boat raffle tickets each = $160.00 value per team (Limited to twelve persons).
- Derby team/s will get preferred table reservations (Front row nearest stage).
- Derby speech recognitions & option to speak.
- Displayed on Derby sponsor boards; as stated above “Produced by”
- Derby team photo banner; as stated above “Produced by.”
- Derby visual monitors; displaying “Produced by” name, logo, and limited text by Event Sponsor.
- Derby entrant brochures; as stated above “Produced by.”
Note: Due to the inclusion of this level of sponsorship within many of the pre-printed materials which are integral part of the event, it is necessary to confirm these entities by no later than April 20, 2008. Thereafter, sales will close for this level of sponsorship.

- Derby team discounts of 10% = $340.00 value per team (Discount limited to two teams)
- Derby team members representing Gold Sponsor will receive three (3) complimentary boat raffle tickets each = $120.00 value per team (Limited to eight persons)
- Derby team/s will get preferred table reservations (Second row nearest stage)
- Derby entrant brochures; showing level of sponsorship
will be displayed and mentioned on each of the following:
- Derby speech recognitions; indicating level of sponsorship
- Displayed on Derby sponsor boards; indicating level of sponsorship
- Derby visual monitors; displaying level of sponsorship, name, logo, and limited text by Silver Sponsor.
- Derby team discounts of 7% = $238.00 value per team (Discount limited to two teams)
- Derby team members representing Silver Sponsors will receive two (2) complimentary boat raffle tickets each = $80.00 value per team (Limited to eight persons)
- Derby team/s will get preferred table reservations (Third row nearest stage)
- Derby entrant brochures; showing level of sponsorship
will be displayed and mentioned on each of the following:
- Derby speech recognitions; indicating level of sponsorship
- Displayed on Derby sponsor boards; indicating level of sponsorship
- Derby visual monitors; displaying level of sponsorship, name, and logo
- Derby team discount of 5% = $170.00 value per team (Discount limited to one team)
- Derby team members representing Supporting Sponsors will receive one (1) complimentary boat
- raffle tickets each = $40.00 value per team (Limited to four persons)
- Derby team/s will get preferred table reservations (Fourth row nearest stage)
- Derby entrant brochures; showing level of sponsorship
